The purpose of this assignment is to engage you in exploring your own eating patterns, compare your intakes with the USDA Guidelines and DRI recommendations, and help you gain a better understanding of your overall nutritional health. To begin, you will enter 3-days of food and beverage intake (including alcohol) using eaTracker, a canadian dieticians tool on http://www.eatracker.ca/. For this lesson, we will NOT be including supplements on eaTracker, but you will list any in the supplement sections. You will then use the website to generate nutrient output reports to assess your eating patterns
